Thank you for all the letters, photos and kind words. What makes theses trips so enjoyable is not only the rugged beauty to be found in the Texas Hill Country, but the people who visit with us as well. The time spent with old and new friends, laughing and collecting, while learning from each other, is a wonderful experience, one that we have enjoyed as much as you. All of your comments and letters have been appreciated, and we enjoyed the time with you and know we will again soon! Thank you!
Thanks again to you and Franklin for your courteous, helpful hospitality on yesterday’s field trip.
Looking forward to more good times.

"Had a great time and was really impressed with the site; looking forward to attending other events in the future. Meeting you, Frank and everyone else was a real pleasure. I have polished a couple of the fluorites and they are prettier than what I thought. Several of the ones I collected actually have some light purple hue...and these came from the topaz hole! I hope to finish up some stuff in the next week and I will send you guys the pics for your website if you care to use them. Keep in the loop for future emails….
Looking forward to the next one!"

"Erin,Kerry, George, Will, and I want to thank you for a wonderful time. The kids had a blast and Kerry continues to talk about her museum quality flourite. Collecting at night and seeing the stars was a once in a lifetime event for us. You mentioned another place to dig for large crystals that glow green under UV. Please let me know if you do another day trip to that location. I saw our HGMS is planning a trip in November and we will try to join them, but really want to go to the location you mentioned during the day for large crystals. I think the family is hooked. Especially Kerry and the boys. You really made it a special trip with your extra attention with the boys and so I wanted to really thank you. It is a family trip that we will always remember together.George D."Emerald Ridge Aug 31st am and pm Trip
